I have a baby goat shes about 3 weeks old , runny nose only in the morning clears up after sun comes up good , Still nursing mama good , runs too feed bucket in the morning eats good. eats hay too , little bit of a cough , not persistent though. I have never had a goat get sick cross bred , Spanish x Nubian x Alpine. im not too concerned but asking for advice. Feed is medicated Show goat pellets mixed with All stock sweet feed & Alfafa pellets. my goats have plenty of browse ,I just feed enough so they come to a bucket.

@sonya123 will know!! My experience is with Angora goats. If the runny nose is not yellow or green and it's acting ok otherwise, it's probably not a concern. I personally would watch for it coughing or acting lethargic. Non persistent cough may be ok! Just keep a good eye on it!!
