Civil Liberties should NEVER be used for rulings regarding ILLEGALS!!!
Texas has been bussing them out, Biden does the same but, usually sends them to red states, or simply releases them to wherever. Abbott sends them to "sanctuary cities".
I laugh a little when I hear the mayors of these cities, like NYC Adams, complaining about a couple of thousand showing up, while border States like Texas are expected to absorb millions each year and are "bigots" for saying anything about it.
I was on a discussion regarding gun bans. The person was claiming the #1 killer of children under 20 was guns. They failed to comprehend that most of those were teens involved in gangs or children literally caught in the crossfire.
Where are most of the gangs based? Central and South America. Where are the majority of illegal crossers coming from? Central and South America. It isn't bigoted to logically assume that amongst them are people involved one way or another with the gangs that are responsible for these gun deaths.
If you give a lick about children, you need to control who is coming through the border and what their connections to the gangs/cartels are. I got flagged for "hate speech" lol.

Really no different than the justice system being in favor of criminals.
I am quite sure the Founders never intended for the justice system to favor criminals. "Innocent until proven guilty" was not to be applied to someone caught in the commission of a crime.
That person is guilty. But since bankrupting the state and getting rich from corrupting society are major Communism goals, perverting the justice system to favor criminals provides a three-for since it obviously also satisfies the goal of "creating chaos".
1. Bankrupt the state
2. Create chaos
3. Corrupt society and get rich doing it
Our fake justice system provides all three, all day, every day.
I think they are pulling the stats from a darker and smellier place.

I still like the idea of land mines on border, they work at Gitmo and South Korea, cheep and effective.
We could stop them easily IF we had a government that wanted to. We could deport them all too. There are simply too many elected officials being paid off to keep the INVASION flowing. Brent S welcomes all migrants, especially those who have been vaccinated. I also say that anyone who supports such people and wants to help them should take them into their home, I have read about such generous people, but after the migrants have emptied your house or vandalized.
