NOW we know how all the forest fires are popping up there???? just joking. I do not understand how sooooo many very rich people there are not able to run the needed pipelines to the remote areas, build large water holding tanks or such for firefighting...the money is there and if SOMEONE with enough intelligence and connections would get the idea sold to the INSURANCE companies who have to pay for the damages....maybe they would help pay and build so they would not have to re-build CA every year...

If you have an apple tree and it is old and productive, and some of the apples go bad is it better to cut down the whole tree, or pick the bad ones off and burn them?
My wife recently returned from touring the West CA coast, she says San Francisco is dirtier and more dangerous than Mumbai in India, more beggers, petty criminals, panhandlers and con artists than Cairo in Egypt. Her group of travellers are going to Canada next time instead then hopefully NOLA after that, but 100% are against ever going back to CA.
Some times the rot in the apple tree runs deep under the surface and spreads gradually under the surface to every limb and branch, the only option is to cut it down and burn it before that rot gets transmitted to other trees like Death watch beetle , or Dutch Elm disease or Black spot OR SOCIALISM. The cancer is relentless just like in the UK, it destroyed London, then Birmingham and now its spreading to other cities.
The reverse is happening Biden is now welcoming thousands of South American migrants into the US and according to western media most want to go to CA and FLA.

Patriots did not take Antifa’s crap during a recall Newsom rally at City Hall in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The far-left militants were heavily outnumbered.
A conservative activist who calls himself Roof Korean can be seen in the footage demanding that the Antifa militants be unmasked.
A far-left activist who was filming the clash whined about the situation, apparently unused to the right defending themselves.
It is currently unclear who was responsible or who the victim is.

That does look like a lot of fun but those guys were so gentile with Antifa. Taking their masks is a great idea for a souvenir and trophy. But these dogs need to die.
Garcetti being appointed as Ambassador to India is a training mission. He failed to turn LA into a true 3rd World Country. They are sending him there to learn how to do it right.

Patriots stood up for what they truly believe in. I am in full support of that! They wanted to unmask the Antifa, . . . maybe they can start getting labeled as a terrorist group and persecuted like the patriots of Jan 6th, but I honestly doubt that the Soros backed group will ever see that kind of brutality.

Agree to that! I am embarrased to say I was born, grew up, and married in that state. Left it in 1985 and would never, ever go back. It was better in the time of Reagan.

Just dont move to my state. I've never yet met a true conservative from California. Just look at what these California "conservatives" did to Oregon and Washington.
I live behind enemy lines in California and may seem a bit radical to you but when this cesspool arrives in your state, you will be radical also. L.A. Mayor Garcetti accepted a Biden bail out in taking a job as an ambassador. He totally failed in Los Angeles and needs to now be salvaged for a future post in the Leftist universe.
I am a native Californian. Where do you think these people who f---led up California came from? They all moved here from your states, many from Washington and Oregon but many more with east coast mentalities about how to govern people the way they do in Boston, NYC. Philly, etc. That does not work here. They brought huge rapid transit systems,(rolling welfare), huge welfare give away systems, differential law enforcement schemes, and tolerance only for communist ideas. We, in California, were so used to accepting out-of-staters that they slowly slid in an boiled us like frogs little by little.

No that is not the sun, GaRp58, that is the Fire Falls. They have not been in operation since 1969. Back then, Park employees would gather leaves, bush, sawdust, pile it up and set it on fire, pushing it over the side. As a young child I remember another child remarking that this must be happening because Yosemite would not allow fireworks and it was the 4th of July. They only did this during the summer tourist season. It was stopped at the very beginning of the environmental movement.
If you were there in the 1970s, you would be very disappointed now. Now it looks like Disneyland. There are one-way roads, trams, condos, five star restaurants, and concessioniars run the Valley. Family camping really began in the 1950s but never had the economic impact that European and Japanese tourists have, so we Americans lost our National Park. Now it is hard to take your car into Yosemite or make camping reservations anywhere within the park---unless you are staying and paying at the facilities there. Then, your bus, that you boarded when you landed at Fresno-Yosemite Airport, goes right in and you don't even pay a per person fee. Honestly, it is easier for a person living in Switzerland to see Yosemite now than it is for an American. I said "goodby" in 1992.
