I have 2 small incubators. Maybe I should get another that's larger.
I’ve never incubated eggs. Don’t have a rooster. But, this conversation is opening my eyes to the fact I should get an incubator for the coming times. It will be easy to get my hands on a rooster…if I do it quick enough before folks know what is happening. Many, many roosters close by. But hatching is going to need to be better regulated than trusting my current flock. They are layers, not momma type hens.

Mine was $89. I still have link if anyone wants.In my hastiness, i went ahead and ordered the Kebonnixs. It was $99 -$106 with tax and all. I was gonna order 2, so looking at the hatch Mate now. Thanks Y'all!
Same here. We're using a local made feed from locally grown grains. It actually looks like feed, not like the pressed crap from the commercial manufacturers.My hens are still producing like crazy. I'm convinced it is the change in feed. No more Dumore or Purina for me.
