Well that game just sucked. Other than our QB the entire team sucked the whole game. So disappointing

Yep, the qb played his heart out, heck, had his helmet split open in the first series and still played his butt off. ohst controlled the trenches the whole game. Tn was always playing from 3rd and forever, can't win that way. Michigan didn't do the vols any favors. It only p*** off the bucks.

Well, the sec is 2-1, fl and tx won.

It is always disappointing to have such a good season, and go that far and not win a championship. Doesn't matter that there are dozens of teams that would love to be where you are. Losing the last game sucks.

It's not so much the loss. It's just how badly we played. Didn't even show up for a quarter and a half. 2nd have we typically pour it on, but last night just did nothing

MIZZOU and Iowa was a great game. Glad we pulled that one out, still a down to the wire fight

I'll just skip over the bama game. Other than to say this coach has to go! The local paper has been printing his 'new age' bs, touchy feely views all season. He's all about the players 'discovering themselves' and 'learning how to win'. Things you might hear on the streets of Seattle.

It was his job to turn a group of young men into a team and his job to teach them how to win!!! He failed miserably!!!! This season was his failure, not theirs!

I feel sorry for those kids.

The texas game was pretty good. I thought it was going to be a blow out. But state climbed back in it. They were playing over their heads but they gave it all they had.

And then.... Oh st and Oregon... the oregon band looked good at half time.

I really didn't have any skin in the game, and all of the games I wanted to watch were televised on channels I don't get. Talk about a disappointing end to the season. I can't remember a New Years Day when I didn't watch any football. I was happy Mizzou won. I guess that was a good game. I was sorry to see Alabama and Tennessee lose. I was over the moon happy to see Arizona State lose (cheatin' good-for-nothing expletive deleted). I would like to see a Georgia/Texas final, and I am praying nothing happens at the Sugar Bowl. With the present state of affairs in New Orleans I don't think I would go to that game.

JMHO, but the portal/NIL has ruined college football. It has lost all of the values we held dear. Being proud to play for your school. Schools having proud traditions with their programs. Following kids that you knew in High School, and watching them develop. Watching coaches develop programs and players that would go on to bigger and better things, and not just in sports. Now it is just about money. Period. When coaches go to recruit the first thing out of the kids' mouth is "How much are you going to pay me?"

There is no loyalty to the school or the coach that gave you a chance to play. It is a me me me world, and how much can I get. Sorry for the rant, but my interest is waning fast.

I signed up for ESPN+ yesterday to watch football, and they did not have a single football game. Lots of basketball and volleyball. I called them and the guy I talked said at first that I should be able to watch some games. After talking to his supervisor he informed me that I had to sign up for E$PN to watch football. I got my money back.

ESPN apparently has a near monopoly on bowl games and charges out the wazoo to be able to watch them if you don't have cable. You can't even watch them on broadcast TV anymore apparently.

Pardon my Chinese, but 去你的 ESPN!

Looks like Georgia realy laid an egg. Does anybody know how many players they lost to the portal before this game?

I don't know... been hearing it about during all the bowl games. This guy or that guy sat out... BS! They're getting money to play now so PLAY the entire season, including bowl games or they don't get a dime!!!!!!

Added incentive... they don't play all of this season they sit out all of the next season also! Without cash! Don't want to play... so be it, don't play!

Ga isn't running on all cylinders, still good but not good enough!

JMHO but the NCAA should amend their rules so NOBODY can declare for the portal until all bowls games are finished and the championship game has been played. The bowl games have all turned into a joke, and Mardhall had to decline/forfeit their bowl game because they lost 25 players to the portal. It is just wrong.
