If you've read his posts over time, you realize that she can be flaky and he calls her out on it, giving her the deer in the headlights look. I think he is retired now, and once you are retired, you really start to see more stuff that you've been able to escape from.

Work has been nuts right now and with both kids moving back, building (and fighting with the county) and our lack of sunshine (ie no solar power) we have been conserving fuel for our generators.
