Boy, news travels fast! Ok everyone, I confess I took out a loan, filled my gas tank and had enough extra money to buy a pound of hamburger! :woo hoo:
Show off :p. Still waiting for my loan approval.

@Peanut can you be more specific with how much and how often for humans taking the colloidal silver, how much and how often for dogs? Since living here in north central TX we have rarely had ticks, not the dog much either. If it is wet and rainy, then the risk is higher for ticks to be abundant.
Is the c. silver safe for cats too?
I used to use it for something many years ago but don't remember what.

The only c. silver I've seen has a "weight chart/sentence" on the label as generic as a bottle of nyquil. C. silver is produced by several companies with varying degrees of quality. What does your c. silver label say? Your guess is better than mine, I don't know what you are using.

Don't know anything about cats either.

Haven't used c. silver in more than 15 years, bottle is long gone. I thought it gave directions of how many drops, there was no chart.

If you don't mind a change in skin color you can easily double that dosage... ;)

Purple is my favorite color 😉
I too think about it every night but does it happen?
Did you have a good day? Hopefully drama free?
Not much right now on the ranch. So weird being cut back so much but it’s good for our eventual move. Definitely making a difference in the pocketbook. Remaining cows are behaving for the moment. Goats & sheep…. Well they are goats and sheep so just mostly pain in the bums. Lol
Hens still lying on the eggs. A few more days and we’ll candle the eggs and see if we have any success.

That is a lot going on. I didn't remember you had other livestock besides the cows. I think I had asked you a few years ago here about why a calf was not doing well, you were discussing it with another member here. I don't know much about livestock.
Work was not drama free today and things felt weird. I think one of the newest employees has given notice of departure. They don't stick around there very long.
What kinds of goats, sheep and chickens are you raising?

Look. Aren't they adorable? Border Leicester

They're cute but they look like somebody crossed a sheep with a white hare. ;)

Oh no. I’m practically bored these days as far as the ranch is concerned. So used to non stop and never getting much actually done in a day.
We have all sorts of animals here. Less these days obviously. Basically we only have left what we’re taking with us short of the calves our momma’s are currently raising. We also work for an animal “place”. I go where I’m needed at the 3 different facilities. My hubby works a regular job at the main facility.
Our goats are rescues from a family member who left them behind in a move. We stopped raising goats years ago. Most of these are really old. We have a couple sheep that were destined for the freezer but a certain someone (not me) got attached to them. That was before the goats came. No breeding going on in that group just letting them live out their lives. The goats were all used for herding trials so they’ve earned their retirement.
Chickens are a mix of breeds. Some we still don’t know what they are. Although I haven’t exactly tried to figure it out either. They were from the “mixed rare breed” box at the feed store last year. Slim pickings on chicks around here anymore. They won’t ship them due to a PO that lets them die. I got a bit lax on keeping track of ages of our hens and let them get to where they weren’t laying anymore before I realized we needed new hens. Usually we let a broody hen raise chicks we purchased but the hens we tried last batch never went broody.
That’s a bummer about your work. That always adds stress on everyone. There’s a super high turnover rate at work (no one really wants to do manual labor anymore around here) and it puts so much stress on the rest of us.

Yep! and keeping my clothes on ;)
