What’s up my friend?
All this going on about Bill's passing, his funeral arrangements, which will they're going to go by etc, looking for keys for safes and lock boxes, getting a lawyer to contest the will if they go by the first one if we find it and things like that. It could wind up being a real mess and I might not get the property he wanted me to have and I'd loose my hunting spot.

All that sucks. Praying for you my friend

I hope it doesn't turn out bad. It's hard enough to lose a friend without the vultures who show up to pick the carcass dry. Keep your head and do what you know Bill would have wanted, it is the surest way to honor his memory.

Thanks,it's not just a bad day it's been a bad week since I found Bill.
I am sorry :( It is tough to lose someone and I imagine it is even worse when you feel like the focus isn't on honoring them. I wish I had some more encouraging words.

I am keeping you and Bill in my thoughts and prayers.

Hmm, my Taco Tuesday invitation must have got stuck at the post office!?

She wrote them but forgot to put stamps on the email so it never got delivered. LOL

Don’t worry! Mine got lost too!
If there is a simple way to accidentally screw something up, I will find it!! ;)

If y'all want to come over for Taco Tuesday you are welcome to. I made way more than needed last night. It was also all gluten free :)

Thanks,I'm going to do my best.

Wow, amazing weather today that melted almost all the snow we had. from a 10 degree average to a 57 degree day where I'm running around in a t shirt. Supposed to drop back the the 20's this weekend. :-(

Yep same over here. They're forecasting maybe around 6 more inches of snow Friday night into Saturday morning then it getting down into single digits at night and highs around 20.

So how was everyones day today?
Mine was simple, just a stop at Walmart and then off to the gym where I had my best workout since I started going again. 70 Min between the stationary bike and elliptical. Came home made dinner and played with the puppy for a while to get her to run around in this nice weather. :)

Yeppers!!!

Yesterday my son's teachers were trying to figure out where he learned how to "hit," which I assume meant smack.

Today I took him to self-defense class with me... where he could see how to punch and kick effectively.

Mom of the Year material right here.
:thumbs up:

They said he hit everyone in one room, so they put him in another room, where he hit everyone in the other room.

As I typed this out to my adopted sister last night, I thought to myself, "Why did they unleash him on another room of people to victimize?"

So apparently sometimes it helps to change a child's environment. It just didn't work yesterday. I was also assured that this is developmentally normal behavior for his age.

Are you asking me about early child development? You do know my knowledge works better with dogs, so smack him on the nose with a newspaper while saying "NO" in a commanding voice.
This is why I do not have kids! A wink.jpg

I just pull the hitter into my office. Then I get the parent on the phone and let them talk to them. I don't think I'd put them in another room. If they do it again, they get to take a nap in my office. Usually they meet their match by hitting someone who hits back.
The hitter is my toddler son. He had a lot of time outs that day. They also thought he didn't feel well but they didn't call me to let me know so I could pick him up early.

So I was watching Nova on PBS as they had a show about Black holes, I got to the end and was totally relaxed to the point I fell asleep waiting to see what was on next. I awoke happy and warm inside. I think I had a mind-gasm watching and comparing my knowledge to what they were saying. LOL

Too quite in here tonight, wish I'd had more to say to start up a conversation. Oh well, too late for me to do it now so I'll wish anyone else hanging around a good night and happy tomorrow. With luck I'll be back to moving furniture and painting so I'll check in when I take a break. LOL

Night all
