Whatchy'all got in mind?
What's eds?My whirlwind trip to the big smoke went really well all things considering.
My senior knee surgeon retired so I have another taking over my knee management. I have yet to meet him but I'm informed he's exceptional.
My senior shoulder surgeon has called in a second surgeon and I met him for the first time today.
He has a nice manner and actually listens which is awesome.
He's never dealt with an EDS sufferer before so it's a good opportunity to educate another "expert".
The senior surgeon is a bit alarmed that he'll be seeing me again after he fuses both shoulders to deal with both hips..hahahah the fun just never stops.
The trip went without a hitch and I had the audio bible playing as I drove.
The GP is sending a referal to my cardiologist to get me fitted with a Holter monitor.
*sigh*
I have.....issues.

@Fort’s trying to figure out why the puzzle piece doesn’t fit
That’s good! Pics when it’s done!
They are coming together like they are supposed to.
Just did a quick study on it. Wow girl. That's not good! I'll definitely put you on my prayer list. You can literally fall apart with this.Wow. That’s a lot to handle! I don’t know what EDS is but it doesn’t sound like fun at all!
Glad your home safe!
Maybe about a third done. It is 2000 pieces.@Fort ,what percentage have you gotten your puzzle done?
Puzzles and Blond do go in the same sentence ya know!
This is EDS.
Ehlers Danlos syndrome.
https://www.ehlers-danlos.com/eds-types/#Hypermobile-EDS
I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
It makes me pretty fragile and I dislocate my shoulders rolling over in bed and my knee caps to dislocate if I don't wear braces.
I got a herniated disk in my neck from vomiting.
All the collagen in my body is defective.
It's a genetic disorder.
It's degenerative.
There is no cure.
They can only make me comfortable.
That's what I read. It's shocking what happens! I'm so sorry for you, and I promise to keep you in my prayers.
I am going to get to sleep as tomorrow is another day I am enjoying this puzzle but I didn't realize how much I had left to do until you asked. It is taking up too much of my kitchen island for me to keep it there much longer.Keep plugging along. Puzzles are like life. Until the last piece is layed, it's not over!
I'm sorry that you have to go through this. I said a prayer for you. This is EDS.

Get yourself a cheap card table. When the puzzle is complete you can use it to pile stuff on!
