Wow, last post was yesterday? Must be a busy weekend for everyone. I know mine was, Monday I start working part time again and today I met a new neighbor and he offered me some free Muscovy Ducks or a goose. More than that he is a nice guy and someone who has a lot of well caed for birds so a great resource for knowledge I don't have on what to do with the water fowl. :thumbs up:

I think I am done with the flu... and possibly onto a sinus infection.

I did get to go to CPR class yesterday. That felt like conquering the world.

I will call the doctor's office tomorrow. I think I am going to end up seeing an ENT.

He is good He is very active!! He had a great time yesterday with my aunt, uncle and cousin, and today we had dinner with a friend. Tonight he was playing with my phone and I thought he was just watching YouTube videos for toddlers. Nope. He called @buildit a bunch of times and called my cousin too.

If it were any quieter in here we would hear an echo.... o..... o......

Yeah, I am just glad that he only called people who were understanding about listening to him talk to them and being hung up on!!

I bet! I used to miss my nephew as soon as he pulled out of the driveway. Usually before his mom called and asked if I’m ready for him back

It does that. Im just getting over it. I didn't get it as Flu because of the shot. This has been a "Heller". Treat that "Sinus Infection" aggressively with saline flushng. Glad youre feelin better.

I have enough problems without sirens showing up.

I usually don't let him play on my phone like that but I wasn't feeling well. I don't even have my TV hooked up to my DVD player yet, so I think my son gets excited when he sees any kind of video.

I will have to look into saline flushing. I have never had sinus problems like I do here. I moved here last year and I feel like I have had one sinus and respiratory problem after another here.

At one point I was sick for 6 weeks including a bout of conjunctivitis in both eyes while I had a sinus infection. I think I am beyond fluke and into "the allergens in this area are trying to kill me" territory.

He has had his share of coughs and sinus drainage, but every kid in his daycare class seems to have that. Come to think of it, part of my problem could be the exposure to every illness known to man through my son going to daycare.

I also worked from home from 2010-2016, so I didn't always have a lot of exposure to germs from the public.

I understand. Immune systems are tricky. Like an AI defense System. Reminds me of CRAM. I moved and got sick because my Immune system had not been exposed to Local Threats. Its kinda like Combat, new wars, different terrain, different weapons, Thinking Tactic. Immune systems are designed to learn and adapt like Military Forces on a Battle Field, but they are slow, "Shoot And Move, From Cover To Cover". These new Viruses are Crazy Fast. The practice of Sinus Flushing, helps get the attackers out before the Body has to use Snot. Better to get them off of the venous membranes before they dry and crack, that's lets the enemy through the wall. Best to Google it. I have a good Doc, he tells me all this, keeps me alive. Sinus Flush is like keeping clean. Wash Yo Sef, You don't be sic.

I haven’t had a cold or flu in more than a decade. The reason... Phytolacca americana – Poke Sallet. I make a medicine from the root for my arthritis, it’s a wonderful anti-inflammatory. As it happens it also contains potent antiviral compounds. In testing it cured mice of the HIV- virus. Problem, it’s a toxic plant, some people can’t tolerate it at all. I can only tolerate it for a couple of months then have to stop for a few weeks. Other folks can take it year-round with no problems. Because it's a toxic plant I've seen no one selling the tincture but there are lots of videos on youtube of people making tincture.
