Only Mtn dew knows why I am awake still but I had to share with DoubleR... I can now reload my own .308 win ammo! :lil guy: Got some dies and 150 grain Sierra Spitzer rounds and loaded my first two rounds with 40 gr 3031.
Okay now I must sleep :hammock:

NICE!!!! :woo hoo:Congrats!
We just got ourselves set up for .222

First baby of the 2018 season is here and it’s a very nice bull calf! Yay! Pictures to come during daylight and after sleep. :woo hoo:
You mean to tell me they don't separate out the make a bull sperm from the make a cow sperm so that you know what sex you're making when you inseminate?:dunno:
Oh well, congratulations on the baby bull boy. :dancingcows: :huggs::mugbump:
When do we start the naming competition? Or does he not get a name? :chef:

Yes and we used some heifer this year. But it’s far more expensive per straw, only certain bulls are sexed. We used conventional on cow we didn’t care what we get and heifer on once’s who we want replacements out of.
No names for the boys. Lol! Unless they stay for dinner ;)

Okay, makes sense then.
So I just came in from chronoing my two 308 rounds I made last night. Duplicate shots with both measuring 2525fps. So I need to test 41 and 41.5 grains of 3031 and if I'm below 2900 fps I'll record my load as 41 grains + .5 grains. I love it when the proper load comes together so easily and the dies work so well. :USA:

Nice!! Yes I love it too! Sometimes it can be a challenge. Other times the perfect load shows itself right off.
