Almost hunting season... locally, hunters dump hides, entrails in out of the way locations. Namely anywhere but where they hunt, usually at the edge of some farmers property...

With my last dog it was horrible, he'd find these dump sites. Stink like rotted flesh all winter. He stayed outside nov-jan.

This pup hasn't been a issue, hope it stays that way.

These two recently adopted my son.

Their claws are like razors and they haven't learned not to climb up legs, particularly when their victim is wearing shorts. So, yeah, Stabby the Kitten is real.

I have a cat named "Shredder" for just that reason. she's pushing 15 so, she's not going to learn. she's at my shoulder as I type.
