Some folks say there was NOT a fully establish Odessa type of structure but isnt it amazing how so many High ranking Germans suddenly materialised in Argentina and Chile etc after the war, and look at how many wanted SS soldiers managed to get from eastern Germany to the French Foreign Legion recruiting offices in France.
