Survival of the fittest, remember? With our intelligence we can go to the moon and gaze at stars lights years away but we can't do anything about morons and their children, if they live long enough to have any.
I think that it's one of the unwritten rules of nature that morons ALWAYS live long enough to reproduce. That's why we have so many.
If that were the case, OJ would be remembered today as having committed suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head four times in two different calibers.
