Thank you. She is the spitting image for her Mom, and just as feisty.

I like to put on the full uniform when boys come around. I also like to joke about how easy it is for people to disappear without a trace, especially when you have a lot of law enforcement training & knowledge.

She will be out of the house next fall, then I have 3 more girls to go.

PRETTY YOUNG LADY ,THOSE GIRLS ARE a worry.

Hey HB,
I'm trying to figure out why your getting older, and the wife is just staying her same young beautiful self.

Congrats on winning the spot.

For some reason I age like milk!

Bad boy...brown recluse...see the fiddle

Yep, I see them daily. My barns and shop are full of them... during a drought they sneak into my house and try to drink from the floor of my walk in shower! (a drought like now, had my eyes open for a week now, sometimes they get into my kitchen sink)

Cornpone....

(no sugar)

I wanted chili and cornbread yesterday I made a big pot of chili and after sampling it to make sure it was OK there wasn't enough left for supper so I didn't make cornbread.
Maybe I'll try again next week.
Chili was good and your cornbread looks great. Cornbread with sugar is just cake and I don't eat sweet cornbread.

@Sentry18 you have passed the female companionship test with all daughters and a feisty wife and daughter.

Did I tell you what my father told DH when he married me was that "I was a wild brumby that needed taming" and DH told him he liked me just the way I was and that is why he was marrying me because I was independent and spirited :) . Wasn't the answer father was hoping for.
