I thought it was interesting that I heard a local radio show telling it's listeners to get prepared for a trucker strike and shortage of supplies here in the US. He said if truckers here do what they're doing in Canada, the store shelves will be empty in a week. Ya think? LOL! To anyone who can't see this coming, they're gonna have a hard time of it. He said "just grab an extra pack of TP or paper towel the next time your in the store....and maybe a couple extra cans of food." It's a conservative radio show, so I'd bet most of his listeners already have some things put back.
I haven't done a whole lot recently b/c I've been busy at work, but I have been cleaning out a cupboard here and there to make sure stock gets rotated. I have several more cupboards and cabinets to go through though. This is supposed to be the time of year to get caught up on those things but it seems my time is in short supply. I actually should be organizing now instead of on this forum....LOL!
I hope to get to the store this weekend and get some fresh veges. If I have time, I'll take a quick run of the isles and stock up on some more shelf stable foods. I'm all set with TP. My kids will probably get TP as part of their inheritance.
Sure, think about mom every time you use TP. Awwww!
