Jam has chunks of like strawberry in it along with the gooey sticky gel part ..
Jelly is just the gooey see through sticky gel part of the jelly..no fruit chunks

I like the chunky slab of strawberry or candied orange peal slathered onto meh muffin..with some soft warm melted butter...ooh...good stuff..
