I can't tell the difference between jam, jelly, preserves or the other 45 names people use for the same basic thing.
Jam has chunks of like strawberry 🍓 in it along with the gooey sticky gel part ..
Jelly is just the gooey see through sticky gel part of the jelly..no fruit chunks

I like the chunky slab of strawberry 🍓 or candied orange peal slathered onto meh muffin..with some soft warm melted butter...ooh...good stuff..
