Hit the gym after work. I was pretty tired from the 12 hour day so the workout didn't go as well as usual

55 push-ups
3 sets of assisted pull-ups
3 sets of assisted dips
3 sets of 12 captain's chair crunches

3 sets of lat pull downs
3 sets of leg press

I hit total failure on the last set of every exercise except the crunches and leg press. I was just shot from work. Oh well...
 
Nothing fancy for exercise.
Just walking.
But dropped another couple lbs.
Now down 13 lbs since March.
 
PS: I made a mistake; its down 19 lbs since March
 
I have a free membership to Planet Fitness through my job so and there's one nearby here, so I went after work -

Assisted pull-ups 3 sets
Assisted dips 3 sets
Leg press 3 sets
20 push-ups

All the dips had my chest and triceps pretty well roasted so I was struggling with push-ups. I was trying to get motivated for another set when the gym staff came over and said, "It's 7pm, we're closing". What kind of gym closes at 7?
 
At the gym - 2 push, 2 pull, 2 legs...

Assisted pull-ups 4 sets
Assisted dips 4 sets
Leg press 2 sets
Smith machine front squats 2 sets
Face pulls 3 sets
Low incline bench press 3 sets
 
Worked 11.5 hours in 90° Temps, and then hit the gym -

2 push, 2 pull, 2 legs

Assisted pull-ups 4 sets
Assisted dips 4 sets
Captain's chair crunches 3 sets
Leg press 3x15
Face pulls 3x15
Seated overhead press 3 sets
Goblet box squats 3 sets
 
Another 2 push, 2 pull, 2 legs workout.

50 push-ups
3 sets assisted pull-ups
3 sets assisted dips
3 sets face pulls
3 sets leg press
3 sets goblet squats

BTW the gym (Anytime Fitness) here in Fremont, Nebraska has to be the nicest gym I've ever seen. If you're an AF member and you're ever in Fremont you should definitely go...
 
Lifting day -

50 pushups
2 sets of inverted rows
3 sets of machine leg press
3 sets assisted pullups
2 sets front squats
2 sets assisted chest dips
2 sets glute-ham raises
2 sets lat pulldowns
3 sets kettlebell goblet squat

My shoulders have been bothering me so I'm taking it easy on the upper body push exercises...

Have done some walking the past couple days.

Friday in the gym -

70 pushups
3 sets assisted pullups
3 sets leg press
3 sets DB low incline bench press
3 sets of Glute/Hamstring raises
 
Been busy and haven't been logging my exercise...

Tuesday - short workout
DB incline press 3 sets
Kettlebell squats 3 sets
Lat pulldowns 3 sets
15 minutes on the AMT

Wednesday
25 minutes of cardio
