I have had to modify what I do somewhat due to age/injury. It sucks getting old and hurt. I'm doing more walking (I am doing just a little jogging as well) and I have switched to mostly body weight exercises to save wear and tear on my joints. The assisted pullup/dip machine is my best buddy right now. But, I'm still trying to get in the gym 2-3 times a week. Good luck, Rick.Spike; I am glad you are still at it.
I must confess I have fallen off the fitness horse.
Nursing a couple of inuries before I cna start again and am as heavy as ever
