At the gym -

Low incline DB press 3 sets
Front squats 3 sets
Lat pulldowns 3 sets
30 pushups
Face pulls 3 sets
Trap bar squats 3 sets
Tricep extension 1 drop set
Preacher curls 1 drop set
 
I didn't get to the gym during my 11 day work marathon. Today I had a gym date with GF.

DB incline press x3
Lat pulldowns x3
DB Floor press x3
Straight arm pulldown x2
Lateral raises x2

20 minutes on the AMT
