At the gym -

Low incline DB press 3 sets
Front squats 3 sets
Lat pulldowns 3 sets
30 pushups
Face pulls 3 sets
Trap bar squats 3 sets
Tricep extension 1 drop set
Preacher curls 1 drop set
 
I didn't get to the gym during my 11 day work marathon. Today I had a gym date with GF.

DB incline press x3
Lat pulldowns x3
DB Floor press x3
Straight arm pulldown x2
Lateral raises x2

20 minutes on the AMT

5k walk

Friday - simple 3 move strength session
70 lb kettlebell squats x4
Low incline DB press x4
Cable rows x3

This morning, 15 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes on the AMT Trainer, and 10 minutes on the treadmill alternating between walking and running...
