52 pushups, hands elevated
38 inverted rows
3 sets of assisted chest dips
3 sets of assisted pullups
3 sets of a medial deltoid shoulder exercise that I don't know the name of. It's a bodyweight move and it's way harder than it looks. It made me feel like a big wimp!

I have had to modify what I do somewhat due to age/injury. It sucks getting old and hurt. I'm doing more walking (I am doing just a little jogging as well) and I have switched to mostly body weight exercises to save wear and tear on my joints. The assisted pullup/dip machine is my best buddy right now. But, I'm still trying to get in the gym 2-3 times a week. Good luck, Rick.

Monday July 15 -

3 sets assisted dips
3 sets assisted pull-ups
30 push-ups
2 sets of straight arm lat pull downs
2 sets of regular lat pull downs
3 sets of captain's chair crunches

This week was my first true exercise week in 2 years (since a stress fracture in my right foot and sedentary lifestyle since then)
5 Walks this week with a capstone 95 minute walk today.
Weight is my lowest now in 2 years.
This after only a very few weeks of mild calorie control and now very mild exercise week ( walking)
So a little is clearly going very far.

OK, since I worked 145 hours in 13 days, I obviously didn't get to the gym during that stretch and I took a couple more days off to recuperate. I got back in the gym today for the first time since 7/25.

65 push-ups
40 inverted rows
4 sets of assisted pull-ups
4 sets of assisted dips
3 sets of lat pulldowns
2 sets of cable side delt raises
3 sets of leg press
3 sets of captain's chair crunches

Been doing 5 walks a week and less eating now.
Losing about 2 lbs per week.
