97°F with a heat index of 118°F and 59% humidity
Well, we hit "body temperature" on the outside thermometer today :D.
The rear of it faces the open sky so it gets a little sun.
Actual temp, 96.9°.
But it is cool watching something that will still be working long after I am gone:thumbs:.

(oh, and the little "53" up by the 120, is the year it was made ).

Well now they're saying it feels like 110°. When I get old, wait, I am old.
It's like breathing hot water out there! My current temperature is 102°, feels like a million! Loving it!! I do not miss winter!! The donkey took a 20 minute sun nap, just under 15min on one side then rolled over for about 5 on the other!! Bear has been inside and outside! He has his pool, still wanted inside! He'll be out when Hubby gets in the pool in about an hour! A little warmer tomorrow 😮😉!!

We've had so much rain the last few days it's comfortable outside. Temps about 90 with high humidity.

Hey @Supervisor42 It's got a name... Bret. Supposed to be a cat 1 by tomorrow but expected to fizzle before it hits Puerto rico.

OHHHH, I was going to tease him about Brett, ya beat me to it!!😉♥️

100* F today, then it steadily climbs to 105* F by the weekend... excessive heat warning from tomorrow onward. No sign of rain in the forecast... ugh, this is when the high desert isn't so comfortable, wish I could just 'Fast Forward' to fall. The transitional seasons (spring and fall) are the best here, winter is mild enough but the summers suck. To top it off, I have ants overrunning the yard (neighbor are clueless about nests on their property), and I noticed a wasp nest under the eaves of my home... wondered why there have been so many around lately, now I know why.

P.S. You folks in Texas and other states with excessive heat warnings, be careful... drink plenty o' water!
