Friday, 9-29 = warm and muggy... Friday night and today Saturday forenoon thunder storms that produced almost 3" rain in a few areas... Very noisy thunder and lightning all night.. A couple areas of town had the power out for a while.. Balance of the day warm, and muggy.. Sunday to be the same.. Then back to ...normal...

@Pearl has a pool. I go outside only when I have to, hang out on the deck when it is cooler not as hot in the mornings. I have been here for about 15 years and still can't believe i stay. A lot of people leave in the summer and come back for their kids to go to school.
I found that even swimming pool water got too hot to get relief.
It is 75, beautiful clear night. We have been under poor air quality alerts for days. Sunday it will hit 91, low of 68 tonight. By wednesday we'll have some showers with major cool downs into the 50s at night next weekend.
