Been a long bad day, so a grilled cheese and a beer.

Ate at my cousins. We had sloppy joes, hotdogs, I brought scalloped potatoes, we had watermelon and chocolate cake, ice cream and cherry sauce for dessert.

This afternoon on the way out of town I picked up a pound of sliced pork butt so dinner was open face bbq sandwiches w/potato salad. I also got peaches at the produce stand, first local peaches of the season, so good.

I happened to get the end cuts off the pork butt, i.e. burnt ends, soooo good. I like the end cuts of a meatloaf too, a little extra crunch.

Sloppy joes and tots. Afterwards, we went out for ice cream. Then I mixed up a batch of mango margaritas.

We went out for lunch today, I started with a Bloody Marry Alexandra had a White Cosmopolitan. I ordered the 21 oz ribeye Alexandra had the shrimp and Jake a full slab of ribs. For dessert I had coffee and Irish cream and the boy had ice cream. It was really a nice lunch and I’m back to chicken breast tomorrow.

Ya know, I was laughing at a couple of grown men taking pictures of their food just last night. Yours looks much better though. They were trying to arrange it to look fancy.

Now I want a steak!

Low and slow Sirloin steak, baked sweet potato,cherry tomato,yellow squash, red onion, cloves of garlic,chunks of pineapple,cucumber salad with vinegar and olive oil dressing on the side. lemon water, maybe coffee as dessert.

Tonight we will have meat gravy over rice with broccoli crowns on the side. I think Haagen-Dazs ice-cream is an option for desert.

My mom used to make that dish, Urban. I forgot about it till now. She'd give the little bit of leftover to our Maltese dog, Muffin. He'd eat it and drink lots of water, and his stomach would bloat up.
Tonight is green bean/potato pasta. Probably some fruit with that, and a green salad.

Turkey burger, turnip greens and green beans. Doesn't sound right, but I'm trying to eat leftovers that DH won't so nothing goes bad while I'm gone. Jello for dessert.

My brother made some chicken soup with vegetable bullion, mushrooms, spinach, and a little chicken broth. Mom didn't like it so more for me. I need the soup right now.

My husband worked very late tonight. I had Burger King. Have you ever tried their Hershey’s Sundae Pie? I had one today did the first time. It was pretty darned good!

This was last nights supper. It was scheduled prior to all the shutdowns then was canceled. The restaurant actually thought they were done, but they've reopened though a little altered. The food is exquisite! They are only open 3 days a week and for lunch only with a monthly dinner. We have waited over a year for this dinner It was worth the wait. There were 6 of us and enjoyed good food and good company.

We ordered a pizza. I slept most of the day then I’m off to work again.

For sure! Walleye is my favorite fish we have locally.

Been a long time since I had walleye. Only a couple lakes have them. Sauger is a close second.

Made a pot of chili this afternoon, had a pound of burger I needed to use up. It turned out pretty good.
