That was something I didn't like about traveling for work. All I could keep in the house was a few can goods. If I bought some good deli meats for sandwiches they might be growing fur by the time I got back home.

Had a couple little lumpia my friend makes. Was still hungry so pulled some mashed potatoes and smoked chicken out of the freezer. Still trying to use up “old” foods in the freezer and pantry.
Make hobo stew.

More than once in a day.
Okay, I made taco stuff, I took one bite and that was it for me. Have you ever cooked something, then thrown other things together with it, and was like "
that's disgusting">? that was me. Others thought it was fine. I used guacamole and salsa on it, don't know why the taste was off unless it was the onions in the guacamole. I didn't make it, store bought. never again on that. Who puts onions in guacamole? Ugh.

That's pretty much what I tell DH and DS3 if they ask me any time before 3pm, lol....it's still way too early to decide
The kid said he was hungry this morning. 6 egg omelette with ham and cheddar and sourdough toast.
Awww, I remember those days with my guys. Makes me kind nostalgic. (Although I don't miss going through the grocery store pushing one full cart while pulling another.

We've got two eating like that right now. They had eggs and toast this morning, there went a dz eggs. Made chili and cornbread for lunch in the very large crockpot, and there's a small amount left and a couple of cornbread pieces. Little granddaughter and Levi the neighbor don't like chili, they had some chicken and noodles. Tonight is burritos, took a pork loin out of the freezer for it.
Your taster may still be off, LadyL. I put very fine chopped onion and tomato in my guac. We'll have some tonight with chips since we're having burritos

I only use avocados, cilantro, lime juice, a sprinkle of salt, a little hot stuff chili powder for my guacamole, sometimes add cucumber or tomato.
Campbell's chunky ham and bean soup for lunch. I'm thinking chili for dinner but with the kid around, you never know. She might change the plans...
Fajitas and margaritas. Yeehaw
Jalapeño pinto beans and rib tips, cast iron cornbread with a Modelo so cold it hurts your teeth.

Guac tonight will have avocado of course, finely chopped onion, tomato, jalapeno. And a little lemon juice. No cilantro here.
I don't do guac. at all or avocados. I keep the frozen avocado chunks for Hubby. By the time he makes a taco, it looks like a condor flew over his plate
