How do you make pizza crust out of cauliflower?

This batch we bought ready made at the specialty food market, but it's really just ground cauliflower mixed with eggs, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, garlic and Italian seasonings then baked. After that you put your pizza toppings on and continue baking it.

Asparagus spears lightly seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, topped with Salmon, lemon slices wrapped in parchment paper with teaspoon of water and lemon juice
placed in parchment paper, then wrapped tin foil.
Grill 15 minutes low and slow
Baked potato, grilled hot dogs, mushrooms, blooming onion.
Will have enough food for several days.

I've got some fried German sausage simmering in sliced onions and real sour kraut, not the stuff you get at the grocery store but the stuff you can only get from an old German woman who appreciates it when you help her shovel snow.

German Sausage leftovers and some brussel sprouts.

My better half is grilling shrimp and veggies.

I had a bowl of field peas w\snap beans and I made some cinnamon toast with real butter. I wasn't very hungry.

When my snow peas and cherry toms are in season I go out and just graze on my snow pea shoots which are sweeter and better then the actual snow peas and gobble down
cherry tomatoes like lollies. Sometimes I wrap the tomato in a sweet basil leaf before I eat it and I'll eat green beans off the plant by the fist full.

It saves on the washing up.

When I was a kid we always planted snow peas... I haven't had them fresh from the garden in 50 years. They are now on my list for next year. Around here cherry tomatoes are called "Tommy Toes". I have no idea how that name got started... ;)

You keep making cauliflower sound good. I may have to look up a picture and see if our store has it so I can give it a try.:D

Ha!

We are quite possibly the areas largest non-commercial consumer of cauliflower (plus avocados and jalapenos). I think my wife said our standard produce order is 6 heads of cauliflower per week. Or as I like to call it Aryan Broccoli. White Flower! White Flower!
