I would die for that dinner right now! But we'll be having leftovers shortly...I grilled thick cut bbq pork chops for dinner and for dessert we had hot pecan sticky buns and Ice cream.

Quite a varietyTonight's fare:
Polk salad, dipped in egg and corn meal with ravioli and a beef stick.
We had left over roast the wife seasoned up and bar b q'd it with onions and peppers. We then put that on tortillas with some cheese and sour cream.
Good stuff
I dont think you'll be disappointed. You can doctor them up to what flavors you like best. I know at times she has put chili powder, cumin, and garlic in the meat mixIma gonna have to remember that, that does sound good and we do have left over roast from time to time.
Like a dummy I spilled my red wine though. I miss my full size kitchen!
