Husband wanted a turkey burger, and little granddaughter and I had food from the freezer....cooked chicken, stuffing, sweet corn, and I made a little mashed potatoes and gravy to go with it.

I didn't know that was a thing!
My daughter is big on salads, and had the idea. I figured it would be somewhat healthy. I think I will try to do more salad-like things going forward.
Baked potatoes with bacon and cheddar with a splat of bacon sour cream.
Not dinner, but lunch: Spam (Pseudo)Montecristo Open-face Sandwich.
Basically: Sliced and grilled spam on buttered & jellied toast.
For the jelly: Buc-ee's Blueberry Jalapeno Preserves. (Bought last time I was in Texas. I don't recall paying as much as the price listed at that link!)

Had a buffet for lunch so won't want much for dinner. Planning to eat some grapes as a starter, cut cucumbers and onions in vinegar with salt pepper and sugar and good buttery popcorn for desert. It's what I got in the fridge ... be glad when I'm done with this job and back with the wife full time!! But, when the boss buys lunch everyday who passes on a buffet!
Burgers n fries.
Avacato, onion, cheese, peanut butter, fresh from the chicken fried egg sandwich. Cooked in my latest thrift store find. A robustly made american made Pannini sandwich press/cooker.
Do eggs and avocados go together? Hmm.

Sautéed chicken, in olive oil, added lots of powdered ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds. Jellied cranberry sauce from a can, applesauce from an expired jar.
We went out for sushi tonight. I should have stopped by and got Jake a burger before we got there the kid eats like a 2 headed dog!
Avocado egg salad in the morning.
I love avocado with over easy eggs.
Good idea, I'll soft wave some and chop them up in it and do a sandwich spread with a touch of jalapeno! Regular mayonnaise or lime infused?

Had a Braums #1 cheeseburger with fries and iced tea. Double dip german chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone for dessert. Now I'm toast for the rest of the night.

I don't dislike avocado but don't get whats so great about it. In fact I'd rather have sour cream most of the time. Usually ask for it as an avocado substitute at the mexican place in town.

Went to an Indian buffet at lunch time and got food to go. I had lunch and dinner, and likely have two more meals from my to go food.
I’ve never had Indian food, no Indian restaurants in our area.
Indian curry dishes are usually pretty good!
I've made curry but never been to an Indian restaurant. It's very good!
Tonight will be homemade cheeseburgers and home canned French fries.
