These lengthy meal descriptions are getting out of hand!!🤪
A Cheddar Sauce reduction, served on Al Dente elbow Macaroni. Served with a side dish of formed potato tubes or kegs, air fried to a crispy crunch, with a spiced/seasoned proprietary tomato reduction from Brooks Brothers.

Yep, Leftover mac and cheese with Tots and Catsup.

I went to Willie's BBQ for his catfish tsunami, I can eat all day on a 20$ medium plate.
His idea of a "small" plate is two-foot-long pieces of fish and a pound of onion fries, a monster pile of slaw and Texas toast with a dozen shrimp.

We are just having snacks tonight. Stuffed jalapeños, fried shrimp, cheese sticks, egg rolls and French fries while watching Naked and Afraid.

I found some Bird's Eye frozen mushrooms with wine & garlic sauce that cook in a frying pan. I added that to my bastardized version of shepherd's pie. Cooked the mushrooms in the smaller pan first, dumped them into the larger pan & set the lid on (not on heat, but covered to protect it from cats and bugs). Used same smaller pan to cook the hamburger meat-- I have a meat smasher thingy that comes in handy. Strained grease out into a bowl lined with plastic bags, put meat back in, salted, added shredded velveeta cheese, melted cheese and mixed it in. Meanwhile I was microwaving the family size Bob Evans mashed potatoes. Set small pan with meat&cheese aside, moved mushrooms to edges of larger pan, dumped in the potatoes, put it on medium heat, added butter & garlic salt, stirred it all together, then added meat & cheese combo, and stirred that all in together. I personally would like to add some veggies but Mom prefers without.

Probably going to have some Bob Evans mac n cheese with some bird's eye corn thrown in later.

Almost midnight, just had a big piece of pie, tasty. Came out pretty good, first frozen pie i've cooked since an unfortunate incident with a crappy stove years ago. 🤣

My new stove has a good oven, runs 5 degrees cool. I let pizza's go a couple extra minutes, let the pie go an extra 5, just right!
