This is what I had this morning and of course an Italian coffee 
Cheese bagel with butter and marmalade and little pieces of Gouda cheese

I did make it for lunch...but I will eat the leftover for dinner
Chicken leftovers--corn from cob--mixed rice--olive oil--
Steak spices
I did eat a bowl of it with some Mint Jelly this was really good
Now I drink hot black Earl Grey Tea and with a big teaspoon of honey

I put 2 racks of ribs in the smoker this morning
Made a catfish po'boy...
Salads, potato salad, chicken strips
Lady is cooking today, said we are having broccoli ham and cheese quiche and freedom toast. Which is of course french toast for Americans. She takes her freedom toast very seriously and actually baked a couple loaves of freedom bread yesterday afternoon, sliced it and partially dried it out over night. Not sure what soda goes with breakfast so I am leaning toward orange.

I made biscuits early this morning to use up a pint of heavy cream. So dh wanted biscuits and sausage gravy with an egg over top.

My dinner today :
Ham slice - a bit of mashed potatoes/butter /sprinkled with steak spices
1 tiny little bread and butter - green peas
Now I drink some hot tea and honey

Got some chicken legs marinating right now and will throw them on the smoker in a bit. Going to use a spicy BBQ sauce of em once they soak up all that delicious smoke flavor and the skin crisps up. I have some leftover tinfoil potatoes and veggies to eat with them. I have one lonely bottle of sindral mundet apple soda in the fridge that I will be drinking. Apple wood + Apple soda = Yum.
Cheese-bombed hash browns and country-fried steak.

I think tonight I’ll just be making sloppy joes. Instead of fries I’m going to steam some fresh veggies.

BLTs, fresh green beans, and fruit. Husband wants a ground turkey patty with bacon wrapped in lettuce instead. No bread for him.
