It’s 2am and I’m wide awake, slept to much today. About 1am I was starving and for a couple of days I’ve wished I could sweat the flu out some way….

I made a batch of Hot & Sour soup w/shrimp. I already make it very hot using red pepper flakes plus Korean chili paste w/garlic. This batch was extra hot. 12 tables spoons and I had sweat running in my eyes! This soup is hot!

A shower, fresh clothes… I feel so much better now! :D

Yeah pretty much. My wife will make a top layer using almond flour, eggs, etc. but I just eat the protein and veggies.

I made beef soup with cauliflower, onions, celery, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. My wife ate hers with some sourdough bread that I made for her. All I get to do with the bread is smell it, MMMmmmmmm!

Last night was another big bowl of hot n sour soup. Lunch today was a very nice salad w/ham and bacon bits, lots of crackers. I felt well enough this evening to make a dash to the high-end market, picked up some sesame/honey coated wings while there. A little chewy but good wings. I made a piece of garlic toast with fresh garlic and Italian bread. I ate a few bites of a big fruit bowl I got at the store also.
