No cook night. Takeout from the amish place. I had open faced hot turkey sandwich on homemade wheat, with mashed potatoes and cream gravy on it.

I am making a Cajun pasta dish with fettuccini, andouille sausage, bell peppers, garlic, onions, mushrooms and a semi-spicy creamy tomato sauce.

Now sipping very warm : Earl grey black tea -honey-cardamom
