Got a pot of chili almost done and some cornbread with diced jalapeño and some cracklins fresh from the oven.

Enchiladas for dinner. Now I'm sitting back with a big piece of strawberry cheese cake that my daughter made.
For the second night in the row bossy pants has decided she wants something other than what's on the menu. So instead we are ordering pizza.

Turkey sandwiches tonight with green bean casserole. Making Chili in the crockpot early tomorrow morning.
I was so hungry ---chicken - potatoes sliced - coleslaw - Gouda cheese
mini tomatoes and green onion cut with Vidalia onion dressing
My dessert was a big slice of Vanilla cheese cake
Now I sip a very hot Earl Grey black tea with some honey and cardamom
Before I fed the *furry family*

Big ole pot of vegetable soup, with some chunks of beef
We are just snacking around tonight! Right now turkey salad on crackers. Probably pie and ice cream later!

Left over enchiladas tonight. The kids left earlier today. Just the wife and I and the Bobdog here now.

Thanksgiving leftovers, they sure are good
Threw ham bone and diced up ham in with 2 lbs of pinto beans. Made cornbread. Like the beans better the next day after being in fridge.
I'm not doing dinner anymore; just reading about it. Too many hours sitting on my spreading back side.

Taking a break from turkey tonight ( I'll have it for lunch today)! Probably making a couple of cheeseburgers with mac!!

Out for breakfast with the boy, he got the chicken fried steak, eggs, hashbrowns with a biscuit and gravy. I had the same thing with ham.

It is finally time to eat the T-day leftovers, but not until later. First is brunch; ham, scrambled eggs, clementines and donuts.
Well, live-testing is complete.Well I am doing 'Home Alone' for a week because DW is visiting daughter in FL.
Good time to test-drive the stored foods.
5-day ration of my version of 'Beany-weenies'.
2 big cans of Bush's Honey Sweet Baked Beans + 3 cans of Vienna Sausage, sliced.
No cooking required, just put some in a paper bowl and warm in microwave.
(yes, that is all I will eat for the next 4 days).

This should probably go in the prepping section, but I don't want to get spanked by SD, again.
For someone that loves them, it is 3 full-day meals.
For someone that doesn't like them, 4 days.
5 days = no.
...Oh, and heating them, is not needed.

Ugh. Supervisor. You can't find anything better than days of beanie weenies? I mean, I store them, but to eat them for days?
I picked up the thickest Ribeye's you ever saw at our local butcher in our town. Paid a good price, too, but it's a splurge for sure. Also having broccoli, rolls, and steak fries.

Not sure yet. Probably a can of something out of the pantry. Did someone say beanie weenies? Sounds good to me.
..Did foil-packet-cooked Coho Salmon 'steaks' again, w/ Green Beans n Lime-Cilantro Rice...
..but instead of the Usual salt/pepper/Lemon/Dill/Almonds, etc, decided to try Just sea salt / pepper / Dill.. and 'Orange Sauce' (like you get for Chinese Orange Chicken, ie: https://www.amazon.com/Kikkoman-Sauce-Orange-Preservative-Free/dp/B011P9RIUY ) and it came out Amazing.. Definitely can-recommend that as-topping for Salmon..

Yesterday I ended up putting a beef roast in the crockpot. Thought I was making cheeseburgers, I'll make those tonight!!
In Supe's defense, they were specialty beanie weenies!! Bushes beans with sliced Vienna sausage!! Lol
Going to spend the requisite 2 hours today making pup food for the week.
Not yet sure what us people will have for dinner ... one day we'll have some pup food for dinner, as it is delicious!
