I feel for a REAL Italian Pizza soon ...like this one
olive oil - mozzarella - blk olives - basil - green bell pepper - thick tomatoes sauce - tomatoes paste - savory - crushed chilies ...pepperoni sliced.....and of course garlic

I like your nook, MontanaBill. We have an 8' X 14' pantry off the kitchen for our food storage and stuff. I put in a utility sink in the corner, and -- at canning time -- I bring in one of those one-burner propane stoves (I can't get a big 5-gal canning pot hot enough on a stove-top). I like the way you put in the spice rack where it is.

Dawn and I just started a woodworking class at our JuCo. The problem there is that I know how to use my tools, but I tend to rush and do a sloppy job. Hopefully, the class will remind me to "measure twice and cut once" as well as some more fancy joinery. This is something every prepper/homesteader ought to know!

Bought that exact pizza last week!

Had leftover pork chop with basil cream sauce and peas.
