Reconsidering diet choices. Turns out my "Hamburger" patties had a gluten filler, the possum liked it, but the cats wouldn't touch it. I have more gas than a politician at election time!
Been there, done that, "hamburger" patties from wally world. The raccoons had a feast, I hope they survived.

Husband and I were just talking about burger like that. And chicken breasts from the store that taste "wood like" when cooked. There was an article about people complaining about Costco rotisserie chicken, the breast meat, having that texture.
We're having cheeseburger and fries, but the burger is from a local cow we knew.

Cows I have met are the best ones :). When spring comes here, the chickens will come back "online" and I can find good eggs again.

Broiled salmon, leftover cilantro lime rice, cucumbers.
Something had to give. I'm dog tired on my feet to fix anything most evenings so we've come up with a battle plan, and believe me, it is an inner battle. Daughter works full 10 hour days on her feet (not every day) and gets home later in the evening. When I get home the last thing I want to do is cook. Really grateful for her.
