This comes with a disclaimer, anybody that goes into shock because I actually planned a meal and let meat thaw, well i kind of understand, but this is a prep related forum, so you have to be prepared for shocks. I took out some stew meat, which I am going to slow cook for a while, then probably add some tomatoe sauce and simmer for awhile.

Too tired to cook a big meal so i made a blt. Someone dropped of a pecan pie, think i'll have a late night snack about 10pm.
