It appears that many are 100% sure that they have zero interest in "Surviving" any inconvenience, more than a few weeks or a few months, or a few years.

Which is fine.......but I don't believe them.

So, do those of you who think you would prefer death to a truly yucky existence, have a self-termination plan.....???

I AM "NOT" looking for a specific method or answer. Simply desiring to help those only interested in surviving "ONLY" a few weeks or few months of "YUCKY" to have a "Pull the Plug" plan.

I am interested in seeing if there are any answers to this, I have decided that If I know that I am dieing that I am going to take my last breath outdoors, if I have any choice in the matter, but that is after I have exhausted all attempts to remain functional, not to ever bail out

Speaking from taking care of a lot of suicide attempts... overdose on opiates would be a good way to go, dissociation from your body, respiratory depression and done. Painless.
I've seen too many people shoot themselves in the head and live.
That being said, I plan on living in the long term. I have too much to live for.

I hope to LIVE till I die.... I have a grand father who worked hard all his life (he always got up early) and one morning he got up and told grandma, " I'm tired, I'm going to lay back and sleep a little longer", He never woke up.... That is the way I want to go, after a full life, with a peaceful disposition.

It is interesting that so many don't know where their brain is located. We had an interesting (something) about two years ago. Female is comforting her partner, who is depressed. She is holding his head to her breast. (They are both fully dressed). He shoots himself through the head, totally missing the brain, and inadvertently killed her. He lived; I have forgotten what he was charged with for killing her.

My mother in law fail out of a chair & hit her head, the doctor said she would never recover.
My mother was afraid she would be on life support for years, never happen, insurance will not let it go that far.
I do not have to worry, my wife will pull the plug when the time comes.
If she leaves first, then my son will pull the plug.

@ DRJenner, I am sorry that you have to go through having to fix people who hurt themselves on purpose.
Ah it's part of my job; mental illness is a thing, and unfortunately is more rampant now than ever. The sad part is the family - it's always a shock. The worst part is when its a kid.
I just admitted a college athlete- young kid last week that took an entire bottle of ibuprofen. His parents were flying in from out of state, I spoke with his mom several times and of course she was near hysterical. It was touch and go for a few days, but he was remorseful, just stressed out at college and didn't think through what he was doing.
Long story short, we saved him. His mom brought me and some of the nurses flowers. Very sweet family, I was so happy he made it.

"higher" education facilities often create much more problem then they solve.

interesting sidenote for yall..scott and helen nearing are pretty famous authors and really pushed the homesteading lifestyle in the books they wrote and lectures. they lived a simple life. they never had electric..well after scotts death helen was awful lonely and she was a good bit younger than scott.neighbors and friends talked her into getting electric and a tv for company. well the tv broke and she was traveling to town to get it fixed and wrecked the truck and it killed her.lived all that time only for electric and tv to kill her indirectly.

helen was 91 years old.

The way that God chooses to bring me home. I have no plans for "self termination"

My personal plan is to exterminate everyone else. If that seems to work then I can begin to consider it for myself although at that point I think the problem has been solved.
