it wasnt i love you and thanks for the last 25 years together....you may need to move up to the $30 weekly double sunshine plan....you might be a challenge....lol

i tell ya...i think you can walk around saying i am pure sunshine all day long...look at me shine...farmer soldier and cooking like you do...!

just look at pearl...i bet when she tears out her driveway each more its like the sun rising each morning as it races across the plains of texas.

you are indeed awesome !
You take care of your husband ....I just make mine work LOL

yesterday we took care of the animals . I clean the barn, he dumps the wheelbarrows. I fill up the water buckets, he puts them where they go mostly ( I do the closer ones) . I feed the grain, he gets wheelbarrows of hay for them.
I cook, do dishes, he takes out garbage and brings in firewood. So I have no idea how you do all that by yourself....
Oh, he fixed some broken fence pieces too yesterday while I took Otto for a hike and collected starter wood
Thanks, and you're awesome, too, so you're in the club as well.

today we need to go shopping. Hope there are no problems with the sheep while we are gone. We are going to leave them in the barn and go early so I can still call the vet if there is a problem, but hopefully not. The most likely problem we usually have with the sheep having lambs is rejects. They have more than one or 2 and they don't want to feed them. I have colostrum replacer and milk replacer since it is just about impossible to milk these sheep. I also have some frozen goat colostrum from last year I can use.

so we are going to get our taxes, go to the Asian store to stock up ( right down the road from the tax people) , TP to get propane and some more fence pieces ( the little plastic pieces that attach to wood or t posts and hold the electric in place, not sure what they are called) , Aldi and probably walmart for some stuff Aldi doesn't have
You are making a day of it! I was thinking about you and your sheep and the weather...at the end of our road there was a couple raising show sheep that they sell for big bucks, always have a ton of sheep, and the husband did most of the work with them, and also was part owner of a big seed place here and wife helped with that. He died suddenly two years back, and they had another rental home a few miles away and their son and family moved from Arkansas to the rental to help out the mom. She's getting older, really should be using a walker, but doesn't and she slipped in this bad weather and broke her wrist. Anyway, I was thinking about tending sheep in the winter...her son and his wife go out and do the constant barn cleaning thing and the sheep in and sheep out and the babies are coming, too, and the both also have jobs in town. Lots of work for sure!

Just doing the regular stuff this morning, and need to finish up by 11, taking husband into the foot doc in the bigger town then. Maybe talk him into going to the bulk mennonite store in the other town on the way back...but it's close to lunch, his appt,...but they have really good deli sandwiches they make in there...so maybe!

I work for a couple who just got rid of Verizon! They had them for years and all of a sudden bad service
DH's phone (Verizon) quit working in the house about 2 weeks ago. We went in to the store and all he needed was a new sim card. The old one was knocking him off the service. It's worked fine since.
so you're in the club as well.
I want to be in the club, too!

The scrolling part of my laptop issues is fixed. One of the articles I found said to shut it down and turn it back on. Yesterday, it wouldn't let me shut it down. After sitting overnight, it is working this morning. Yay!

This morning, I will walk first.
Walk dogs.
Take laptop to repair fellow.
Shave DH's cheeks. I use the dog trimmer.
Take ebay photos finally, as my new battery came in and seems to charge ok.
Put labeled jars of spaghetti sauce away.
Make oatmeal for DH's breakfasts.

I don't want to carry my phone around , plus how would I get the music to my phone? Is there some way to get mp3 songs from a computer to a phone ?

After breakfast I'm going to take the tractor down and clear the snow and ice away from around our mail box. Right now it's so deep I'm worried the mailman will slide in to our box. Also need to clean out around our gate so it'll open all the way. Last week I ordered some heavy duty Bessey clamps and a couple cook books; 1 for making hot sauce and one for chili. They should arrive any day now.
I need to change oil in the tractor today too.
