Did research on this topic using the Portland Tribune search engine (the Tribune provided extensive coverage of the protest). Came up with nothing. The only article that stood out was a control burn of a house by the PFD near the Cedar Hill Bible Church. One would think that the press would be all over a flag and bible burning event, so a link would provide better context, as well as another direction of where to look. My own thinking is, is that the video is a deep fake. I've no problem with being proved wrong, provided that, that event actually happened.

He won't believe it unless CNN runs the story. But the media doesn't have the stranglehold on information they once did. There was a time if NBC, CBS and ABC didn't want people to know about something, they just didn't mention it, and so it "never happened."

In every protest the rule of thumb that is never violated is to stage well planned events that draws the media in large numbers for maximum effect. Wasn't happening in that video..

What we're seeing here is the results of a couple generations of kids who never heard the word NO while growing up, never had chores at home, never had any responsibilities, always received praise no matter how crappy they were at something, got every thing they ever wanted without any effort on their part, internet, cell phones, parents who couldn't be bothered to get involved and went to public schools to be indoctrinated by union teachers. Basicly they are spoiled rotten children who are bored with life and have no purpose, and no jobs.

I just came back from the grocery store and had a first time sighting while driving into the parking lot. Walking into the store was a late 30s-early 40s lady, slender and in shape figure wearing a wife beater camo tee shirt, ball cap, sunglasses and a pair of cut off blue jean short-shorts.........I am being very descriptive because of the final piece of her ensemble........on her hip she was packing a compact semi-auto..

First open carry I have seen in my small town even though its been legal for years. Everybody here carries concealed. Well later in the store we came face to face down an aisle. You do have to sort through it all to find piece'sof the truth, then put the piece's together.

I agree.... read all sources, but then use common sense to filter it. We are where we are now because we blindly accepted the predominant broadcast and cable "news". As to BBC, I defer to every Brit I have met (including my across the street neighbor) and their description of the BBC News cannot be printed as it will trip the censors.

And as far as violence, I dont recall any "alt-right" riots with burning, looting and assaults in the last decades. The violence is all on the liberal/leftist/collectivist/socialist/communist (whatever term you want to use) side. Our side has been remarkably tolerant, as we are watching the other side hemorrhage non-insane voters. There is a point however where these domestic terrorists will reach the threshold.

The only time I have ever spent outside the borders of this country, I was in uniform. I wasnt deployed to Tuscany, Lake Geneva or the south of France. Trump's description is correct... "s...hole" countries and every one was a "socialist utopia" in the making. The only thing these countries are successful at is making low income state-owned "slaves" of their populace. If you think WE live paycheck-to-paycheck, take a trip down toward central and south America, much less the southeast asian regions or the middle and near east. Get out of the tourist areas and see how the people live.

We are defending the Constitution right now by holding our anger in check as these terrorists run free in Democrat controlled areas. God help them if the threshold is reached before the govt puts an end to it.
