Nothing but the good stuff for us! :D
We use a lot of the stuff below because we both take statins that prevent your body from absorbing saturated fats.

It's true! Well with one caveat...
We figured that out years ago.

The caveat: My grandmother's butter made from raw milk from her sister's dairy farm was to die for. But none of that is around anymore. The way she churned it was to put it in a mason jar, hold it in her lap, and rock in her rocking chair.
A dab of that butter on one of her rolled buttermilk biscuits was heaven.

It's too bad they rolled over for the woke nonsense. What was "insensitive" about the Indian girl?
But that is part of marketing. If you are selling a product, you want everybody to buy it...... even stupid people🤪.

The Kerrygold is an excellent butter, with a very creamy texture. Lately I’ve become aware of the heavier salt content so I have switched back to the Costco blue box. I’ve also started keeping unsalted butter in the house for cooking where some of the contents already have enough salt.

FYI~
There was a recent nationwide recall on Costco butter, so please check it out before purchasing.
RECALL? What a joke.

It was recalled because ... get ready for this ...

The label did not indicate it contains MILK!!!!!!!

So go ahead and buy all you want, as long as you are not allergic to milk.

Teeceetx is absolutely correct. I saw it on the news a few days ago and they said to either throw this butter away, or return it to Costco for a full refund, as a result of certain food allergens which were not disclosed on the label. I dug deeper, and yes, the FDA is griping because Costco refused to include that butter contains "milk" and if you are allergic to milk, you should not use this product.

I'm here to tell you that our society has been dumbed down beyond belief!

It reminds me of the comment going around Facebook lately saying years ago, owners manuals included a segment with how to adjust the valves. The newer car's owner's manual now must say, "Caution, don't drink the battery acid!"

I have been buying this stuff called Dutch Creamery butter. It's 95% as good as Kerrygold but costs a little less.
