Only slightly off topic :). There are 4 other books in the series after "A Wrinkle in Time".

(A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, Many Waters, An Acceptable Time)

I've only read the first one, the others await a more leisurely time :)
I’m setting up for a fundraising garage sale and came across this full set!

1. My last meal would be one of two options. T-bone steak and a salad OR potato dumplings with kraut and pork
2. South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota briefly, Missouri, Indiana, Colorado.
3. I've played the piano, but don't have much training so I'm self taught through a few of the piano training books, and I played the clarinet in school band. You would ask me not to sing.
4. I speak English but have studied Spanish and Chinese
5. My first paying job was babysitting for my cousins when I was 11 years old. I have rarely been unemployed since.
I sing, but, it's not always good!😉

Dademoss has agreed to do our next round! Thank you!

I would like to ask all of you to start thinking about questions so you can have a turn. This has been a fun thread. I kept a note pad and wrote down ideas for a while, and changed them up a little. I'd like to suggest that the busy people, the people who are not feeling well, etc., probably have some ideas, and writing them down really helped me. I had enough to go at least twice on this.

Good idea What I did was create a folder on my computer. When I think of a question, I email it to myself, and save it in the folder.

I’m working on refining a couple questions, but considering I was never first chosen for ‘dodge ball’ … I have plenty of time to work on ‘em. :)
Off topic: Hubby is super competitive. I am not. He loved dodge ball. I did not. I think he about fell over when I told him I would stand right up front so I could get hit and go sit down. Even as a youngin' I saw no point in the "game." I don't think any higher of it today.

I was good enough and liked the game. I just wasn’t a sports fanatic and liked sitting out the ‘games’. I was second choice…. after all the ‘jocks’

Me think it’s on topic, in reference to a previous question: Did you marry your high school sweetheart?

Me thinks yes. But guess I might have to go back a few pages for answer/memory refresher.

2.) I lived in Northern Illinois for 59 years then moved to Oklahoma in 2016.
3.) I played the piano for several years as a child, played the violin in high school. I sing but only in church were God and my fellow church members should forgive me.
4.) I speak English and make a very feeble attempt at Spanish. Sometimes I speak nonsense.
5.) Besides babysitting, at the age of 14 I worked at a small ice cream shop scooping ice cream and making shakes and sundaes.
