Hey y'all! Finally got caught up. I went to bed early so now I'm up.
It's raining/freezing mix and my wife's colonoscopy is in the morning. Church was cancelled yesterday cause the water was frozen. The cleaning lady turned off the water that was left running so it wouldn't freeze! Wife and I watched 17 episodes of Buffalo Bill Jr. Old, old, western.

Getting ready do go buy some better paint, get some groceries and work out. On the plus side the temps are above 20 degrees today and my heat pump has begun working again. So apparently it does automatically shut down when it get too cold for it to be efficient.

So it's progress even if it's slower than I wish it was. First coat is on and in a half hour I'll start the second. I will say I will never buy Olympic paint again as it is crap and lucky me, I have five gallons of it.

This is the paint we use from Lowes. It's very good. 2 coats are best.

Whew! Pushing 3/4 of an inch of rain today. Winds are kicking up and some cows decided to “free willy”! Grrrrrr!
Bundled up so much I was dry but ended up sweating. That happens anytime I move around anyways right now. Back inside now. Probably will relapse.

Lol! Sadly I’m the one who gets sick the worst. He usually coughs a few times, feels like a poop for a night and he’s good to go by morning.

My son and I ate dinner early tonight. I picked him up from school early in case the expected wintry mix arrived as expected. And I cooked again @buildit Now I am letting him play until he wears himself out or it is bedtime, whichever comes first.

Yeah, Home Depot has Behr which is what I used when I first started painting. So today I got two more gallons of Behr in a color that should match what I started with and cover much better than the Olympic paint.
