A few summers ago I had a problem with a round baler while baling hay. I got off the tractor and slid up under the baler to fix it. Right into a fire ant bed... They were all over my face and neck before I could blink. :eyeballs:
They are fast! Real fast! And fierce!
They aren't as plentiful here in Tennessee like where I'm from in Alabama.

Now that would suck. Worst I've ever suffered was running right into a hornets nest in TN while on a motorcycle ride and getting stung many times. I took some prednisone and awoke hours later feeling sore, tired and very glad I had the meds with me.

It was... I healed all the stings with plantain (plantago). instead of white blisters for 8 days, they were gone in 3 days.
Hand sanitizer is the best thing that I've found to use. If treated quick enough the bites won't even blister! I keep a container in all vehicles, tackle boxes, huntin bag, wife's purse. Anywhere I can think of.

I forgot all about that! I’ve heard that for hornet stings too. Haven’t tried it yet

Well, I'm glad I caught you all in person but I'm fading fast. I better head to bed soon or I'll be asleep on the couch again and have a bad back all day tomorrow.
G'night Mon. Have a good day tomorrow!

I have the "Breaking Bad" box set which I will start again as soon as this episode of "chopped" is over. Just started season 1 a couple of days ago. The first 3 episodes are hysterical, a lesson in what ' not to do" if you get cancer and decide to go into the meth business... so funny.

Mooooooovie time! :woo hoo:
Whatcha gonna watch?

Sounds like two different ways of getting killed!
