It was in the 70s here today. It is supposed to go down to the 20s tomorrow night and we are supposed to get snow on Saturday. Then we are supposed to be back in the 70s on Tuesday.

I would gladly send the snow off to anyone who would like it.

I wish we had some rain and thunderstorms! We are under burn bans. That unheard of here in Okla esp this time of the year.

We are under the threat of flash floods till tomorrow morning.

Maybe someone can help me. What are these little plastic things photos are kept in, called? I’ve searched amazon and the wm website using the terms"photo album" and "photo book" but can’t find what I’m looking for. I have 30 years of photos that are still in the paper envelope I picked them up in. I need to buy several dozen of these little plastic things so I need something cheap.

Try searching "4 x 6 photo album"

You could also add "landscape" to the search if you need that particular orientation (or "portrait" for the orientation that I found).

So that's why all the gates are open at Ky Dam, and raising the River level here, Knew somebody was getting a lot of rain somewhere up river.

That would be us! Tell 'm to trickle it back a little. There are two ways to our houseplace and one is underwater. Usually we only see a couple of cars per day, but it's like a parade out here now. All these people can't live down here. Most gotta be rubberneckers down here checking out the water. People are pulling campers, boats, and other toys out that live on the waterfront property.

Local joke. During a drought a pastor wrote a prayer for his congregation. Everyone was praying out loud for rain, except one lady. She was praying for wind. The pastor stopped everyone and asked the lady why she was praying for wind.

She said “If the wind gets out of the southwest even God can’t stop it from raining”

A few summers ago I had a problem with a round baler while baling hay. I got off the tractor and slid up under the baler to fix it. Right into a fire ant bed... They were all over my face and neck before I could blink.
