I just took a frosted mug out of freezer and decided to have a V8 beer before beer goes out of date. When did beer have a expiration date on it anyway? I've worked in bars off and on since the early 1970s and never checked dates on beers till 14 years ago.
Anyway if they go out we just compost them them so no waste.

CHEERS!:ballet:

I'd still use the beer to boil brats in before composting. Beer batter cod is my favorite.

I never pay any attention to expiration dates.
If it smells OK and tastes OK I'm good.
I have eaten Yogurt that was a year out of date and it was OK.
My wife was shocked.
My son brought me 12 German beers, they had a June 2017 date on them.
I the last drank the last one last week and it was as good as the other 11.
He said he will bring me more his next trip.
A C17 can carry a lot of beer, but I think he is limited on how much he can fly back.

11:40pm here, about to get pounded by a thunder storm. 3 days ago the big rain came from the north. The last two days the rains came from the SW. This one is coming from SSE... A mindless weather pattern has beset me and mine, predicted for the next 10 days... I don't care as long as it rains! My garden is looking good! ;)

^this and occasionally clean my hair with beer.

sometimes i'll hot iron my hair with bacon, ...maybe why people go out of their way to say hello to me.... okay, just kidding....;):D

Beer and bacon! What a combo! Hahahahaaahaha!
You should get a patent on your new hair treatments.

Sounds like an idea. ;)

We'll go into business together, ;) open a salon... call it... "Bacon Beauty"... "The Blonde Bacon"... "Stylist Bacon" ... or "Sizzling Style" ...featuring our secret beer bacon treatment, Lol...
I've always heard beer was good for the hair, nowhere i know offers a beer can rinse, lol! :D

I'd drink it anyway. Unless it lost it's bubbles. Then I'd make beer bread with it. Egyptians made beer that I doubt had a expiration date.

Interesting, never thought of beer in bread recipe, may try it someday.

Use to be a restaurant in Atlanta in the early 70s that sold hot dogs steamed in beer. I love beer in my onion ring batter no water just beer for liquid, love onion rings.
