I've never heard of this company. Any reviews on the varieties? The prices seem a little higher, because it's bulk which I wasn't expecting.
Are there any other good or noteworthy companies that sell garlic, ones you've bought from? @elkhound and @Bacpacker and everybody else???

The link Elkhound posted in the OP is where I get all my garlic. But I've done a couple orders and now have settled on 3 I like that grow great in this area. I just replant some cloves every November and harvest around July 4th.I've never heard of this company. Any reviews on the varieties? I received my Premium Northern White on Tuesday and planted Friday. I picked it as it is very cold hearty. It looks like many are. Guess I’ll need to broaden out my garden next year.
I clicked on the link, Premium Northern White is a good strong Garlic that should do well in the far North.I received my Premium Northern White on Tuesday and planted Friday. I picked it as it is very cold hearty. It looks like many are. Guess I’ll need to broaden out my garden next year.
I agree, Georgian Fire is my favorite garlic, but I try different garlics, so I will know more about them.Georgian Fire is what I like the most and is the only garlic that I plant now. I got all my cloves planted into the ground last week. I love the buttery, hot flavor of that garlic and it's so versatile for cooking and making garlic relish preserves. I like to sweet pickle the scapes as well. So nice for cooking shellfish/crustaceans, or for including in gumbos.
Yes, but I'll have to find the recipes first, they're not accessible at the moment, packed away in a stack of boxes with all of my books. I think there's 3 recipes there that I wrote up - one is for spiced sweet & sour pickled whole cloves, one is a similar recipe for pickling the scapes and the other is for the spiced sweet & sour pickled relish. Can we have your garlic relish preserves recipes?
