Last time I found a piece of plastic on the floor it was part of the microwave door. You know the part that latches the door shut and allows it to turn on! Needless to say hubby had to immediately go to town and buy a new microwave. He knew he broke it but couldn't find the piece. Bad hubby! I got a new microwave and he was able to rig the old one for his shop! All good in the end!

This one has been in the drawer going on 20 years now. I know it's important. It sure looks important. It has to be a critical component of something in our house that's been doing fine without it for the last few decades. But we certainly can't throw something this important looking away, that's for sure. It's held up amazingly well. Good, solid construction. It's bound to still be usable once we find what to use it in.

A friend of mine was doing a major project on his truck. He was very organised with all the parts for each step in a can or box to keep everything I order and to have all the right parts available for reassembly. I took a handful of spare nuts, washers, and bolts and spread them lightly through the boxes and cans.

Is it inappropriate to say I love you 😂 That is so something I would do!
