A family reunion as a kid (birthday)... we rented a city park each year. 400 people usually showed up (I have a big family).

Anyway, one of my great uncles would buy a new 20gallon galvanized garbage can each year and mount a spout at the bottom. He'd make an entire 20gallon can of fresh lemonade. I was always bummed when it ran out, great lemonade. I looked forward to grtgrandpa S's birthday. He had 19 kids (very big family).

You & Mark Twain led an interesting life, hope you write this stuff down for the 800 people who will be going to the future reunions.

@joel My dad has much of it written down, he's into genealogy. My family is huge... my grandparents and their brothers and sisters... totaled 74 children. With spouses... means I have about 140 great aunts and uncles. It gets more confusing with each generation.

Well, I do not have 140, but my legal name was traced back four hundred & fifty year.
He was not in my direct line, I descended from his brother.
